PRG 923 GT - Positioner with three parallel
motorized axis

It is an instrument for the positioning
in a shear of the following axis:
- Axis P controls and positions the beat measurement device
of the material to be cut.
- Axis S controls and positions the device for blades gap measurement
as function of the thickness and type of material.
- Axis Q controls and positions the measurement device of the
blades cutting angle as function of thickness and type of material
to be cut.
The positioner can work both in manual and in semi-automatic
way and in automatic and automatic continuous way. It is equipped
with a display with high brightness led.

POSITRONIC - Positioner suitable for two axle automatic register control
|

The Positronic positioner, can set two motorized axles into manual, semi-automatic and automatic way. The Positronic places into manual or semi-automatic way the selected axle by the relevant keys and into automatic way in accordance with the program previosly selected. The Positronic has got a memory, where it is possible to record up to 99 programs, from 1 to 99 and each of them can contain up to 20 positions on which you can match 99 repetitions. Each couple of positions, with relevant repetitions, creates a program cycle. By repetitions, we mean how many times the contact connected to the cycle feeding entry, must be closed to allow the following cycle transition. It is anyway possible to program a cycle by activating only one axle. Furthermore, the Positronic has got a memory bank where you can register the necessary parameters for the two axles working, called “machine constant parameters”. Each axle is completely independent from each other.
