Triveneta Impianti S.r.l. proposes a kit integrating itself with the existing technology of several models of presses type Promecam/Schiavi.
Also the oldest models can be equipped with such a kit, allowing them to be in conformity with the actual Rules and Standard requirements.

Implementing kit made with components designed to work in max safety:

Icone Any obstacle (for instance the operator fingers), when penetrating into the protection zone, is immediately noticed causing the mobile part motion interruption. Being occurred such notice at a bigger distance of the one necessary to the machine to stop, it is possible to exclude the possibility of crushing between two tools.
Such protection concept set the machine completely in safe conditions for the operator in accordance with the Machines Rules requirements, beyond satisfying the latest updated requirement of Standard EN12622 for pressbrakes.
Being the said LASER system specifically designed for this proper application, it penalizes really few the usual performance time.

DSF LASER BEAM
The push-button installed in the bracket allows the restore control and through two yellow lights it is possible to understand when the disposal passes into muting zone, furthermore the two emergency pushbuttons besides the machine, allow to perform automatically the emergency control.

  

 

A SYNERGY OF TECHNOLOGIES Our kit is made with components designed to work in a max safety condition, it essentially allows to shield the pressbrakes! operator from crushing that should accidentally occur between the mobile and the fix part of the machine.

SIMPLE AND SMART The design foresees to equip the press brake fix part with a protection area, i.e. a zone made of opportune and particular sizes, generated by a LASER device, placed under the upper tool top and far from this of a bigger size of the one needed by the machine to stop.
